I do hope you had a delightful Christmas season with your favorite people, with your favorite pets, and in the presence of your favorite King!
My Christmas was spent as always with my husband and son. The three of us do holidays well together. It’s quiet, simple and full of laughter. And there is Tucker, our eager German Shorthaired Pointer, who LOVES waiting for us to open a present so he can tear up that paper and destroy that box. Hysterical!
I am curious as to what you Smile at today from this year’s Christmas season. Is it a moment to remember, a food you made that actually tasted perfect, a gift given to a loved one, or a gift given to you?
Perhaps you also received a “lady’s leg” pocket knife, stiletto and all? LOL! Or perhaps you opened new luggage for your mass collection of nail polish?? Or perhaps not. 😉
Either way, I do pray that your heart is full of the Truth that overshadows the sorrows that arise during times like this. I pray healing in your hearts and purity in your minds. I pray, as you look forward to tomorrow, yesterday will be a strength to stand on rather than a rock to stumble upon.
As the New Year approaches, I will refrain from nerding out about resolutions. I fear I am of the statistical 13% that adheres to resolutions. This stat is shocking. Is it true? Certainly it can’t be!! Do you do resolutions?
