Good Morning, Lord. How I breathe in the sweet silence of sitting at your feet! Lord, thank you that we get to comfortably be in your presence in our humanity.
You see me in your Love. You see peace and strength and purity and You in me. Oh Lord, how I simply cannot wrap my head around your love for me, but I smile in earnest.
Jesus, there is a new day sitting before each of us.
~ I pray we will adjust our eyes upon this day.
~ Help us to see our day’s contacts as an open door to Shine Your Light upon them.
For me, my contact’s are Don and Peyton. Help me to be the wife Don needs me to be and the mom Peyton needs me to be. Please, Sharpen my tongue in wisdom and truth, and Open my ears to their words. Spread my smile from my heart to theirs.
Lord, here are my hands. Use them as you see fit. May they write words of truth and encouragement. Help them to tend to my house with diligence and fruitfulness. Fill my hands with the tools needed to accomplish your tasks at hand.
Lord, I pray for my friend who is praying with me in your presence this very moment. I pray you will speak truth about her day.
~ Open her ears to your dream for her day.
~ Guide her feet to the path you have set for her feet to tread.
~ Carry her heart.
~ Shine in her and through her!
~ May her people see in her what you see in her, You.
Yes, to sit at your feet in sweet silence is a gift we get to eagerly open whenever we can. Each time we do, you breathe peace, strength and purity upon us. Is there a greater gift??
